OHCRN needed a secure, user-friendly platform for patients, administrators, and researchers, each with distinct needs. User research, journey mapping, and iterative design made complex registration, consent, and data entry manageable while staying PHIPA-compliant. The Participant and Admin Portals launched in December 2025, establishing clarity, trust, and accessibility for users.

Faced with decades of content and declining engagement, Food Network Canada needed a redesign that balanced modernization with accessibility for loyal users. Research, persona development, and iterative wireframes shaped an experience that improved recipe discovery, clarity, and usability. The relaunch created a scalable, image-forward platform built to engage multiple audiences and drive long-term growth.

Slice

With video content being phased out, Slice needed a mobile-first editorial platform to engage a younger audience and support new revenue streams. User interviews, research, and iterative testing informed a redesign focused on content discovery, relevance, and usability. Within two weeks of launch, engagement metrics rose sharply, and the project won Gold at the Canadian Publishing Awards.
