    I led UX for the Ontario Hereditary Cancer Network from concept to launch, contributed to Canada’s first national genomic data library, and established user research practices to make design more evidence driven. I also drove accessibility initiatives, ensured WCAG AA compliance, and fostered collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to move products forward.

    I led user research and usability testing for lifestyle sites like Slice, Food Network Canada, and HGTV Canada, using insights to guide design decisions that improved the user experience. By creating personas, prototypes, and data-driven solutions, I helped drive a 44% increase in time on site, facilitated cross-team design workshops, and contributed to Slice winning Best Website Design at the Canadian Online Publishing Awards.
